Goodbye Tecumseh...

December 31, 1998. That's the day we closed on our very first house. We moved in that day and celebrated the New Year as home owners! When we moved into the house, I was 26, Amy was 26, Keely was 4, Reagan was barely over a year, and Gavin was on the way.



We've hosted lots of friends and families at our home thanks in large part to this room. There was always plenty of room for people to hang out and be comfortable. We enjoyed opening up our home.



This kitchen has played host to some great times. Cooking with friends and family is a favorite pastime of ours.



How many times did we circle around the island in the kitchen to offer thanks?



It's been a tough decision to leave, but it's the right thing to do. We're going to miss our home on Tecumseh, but we're looking forward to our new home (whatever that may be) in Austin.
